Day 5

The last day was so awesome and we had about 7 girls! The girls were having tons of fun. I am so sad it finished but I could tell they learned a lot! Even though it rained at the end, we had a fun time playing badminton, volleyball and filling out our packets. At the end we filled out the concluding survey. All the girls were smiling and were having fun exercising. While filling out the packets, some girls were telling me how they enjoyed eating healthier because they now know what that means, and they have had fun learning different group and singular ways to exercise. I am very proud of all the girls and how amazing they are! I also saw an increase in self-confidence and group work! Overall, this camp was very effective, and I am so glad I chose this as my Gold Award!
