Below are the steps I took to create my Fitness Camp:
1. Design flyer with information about the camp
2. Give online flyer to middle school girls via email
3. Pay for insurance
4. Create finalized schedule for camp (days 1-5)
5. Go shopping for food (for camp) and other supplies
6.Create Sign up sheet
7. Create a pre-survey and permission forms
8. First day of camp (give pre-survey)
9. Record data from pre-survey
10. Prepare for the next day of Camp
11. Next day of Camp
12. Prepare for the next day of Camp
13. Next day of Camp
14. Prepare for the next day of Camp
15. Next day of Camp
16. Prepare for the next day of Camp
17. Next day of Camp (give post survey)
18. Record data from post-survey
19. Send flyer out for potluck picnic
20. Prepare for picnic at Park
21. Picnic-Explain to adults what happened at camp and discuss concluding thoughts of being positive and healthy (for campers and parents)
