Day 1

The first day is Labor Day weekend, and because of this I did not get as many girls as I hoped but I still got 6 girls. I had Lisa talk about the triathlons she does and her daily exercise plan. We went swimming and we had fun playing around. We discussed the benefits of exercising and what we like to do to exercise. Next time I am going to try to encourage the girls to talk a little more. I will also plan a little better what we will do because we will be playing in the park, not just swimming! Next time I will also remember to take pictures!
